Troubled by the attitude of Congress leaders, Shashi Tharoor asked questions to Rahul Gandhi.


Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor, who is currently a member of the Indian National Congress and a Lok Sabha MP from Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala, has been continuously elected since 2009. Shashi is always in the news for his statements. Recently, Rahul Gandhi was met by Shashi Tharoor in which he told that he is upset with the attitude of some Congress leaders. He has questioned Rahul Gandhi about his role in the party. He says what is the situation in my party, what should I do. Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi went on a visit to America, and since then Indian National Congress MP Shashi Tharoor praised PM Modi for that visit, since then he is on the target of Congress leaders.

According to inside sources, Tharoor, upset at not being given any role within the Congress party, raised this issue in a meeting with Rahul Gandhi and asked him to tell what his role is in the party and what should he do?  I feel that the party is sidelining me and my leadership capabilities. This is making me feel very uncomfortable.' Not only this, he also raised the issue of not being given a chance to speak in Parliament. He also said that if the party wants to take him to state politics, then they should clarify that too. I am ready for state politics as well. 
Rahul Gandhi did not respond to his statement. Shashi Tharoor's opinion has been different on many issues, be it the issue of party president or anything else. Now let's see what happens next?
